For firms that are early on in the process of learning about corporate venture capital or have done some ad hoc investing but are considering launching a more engaged effort, we offer a one-day, hands-on Strategic Investment Seminar (SIS).

For firms that have had internal discussions about corporate venture capital but are uncertain as to the opportunities and risks that a program would entail, we offer a 3-phase that validates, shapes and defines a CVC program called the Strategic Investment Assessment (SIA). After completion of the SIA, a client firm will have a well-articulated blueprint for a corporate venture capital program that provides a full and clear picture of opportunities, hard and soft costs, performance metrics and time-frames for the implementation of a CVC program.

For firms that have completed an SIA or are seeking to dramatically improve the performance of an existing CVC program, we offer the Strategic Investment Program (SIP). The SIP is a fully-managed partnership that marries the best practices and preferred structure of an independent venture capital firm with the capabilities and requirements for successful CVC investing.
